It is an orange sapphire- very rare ,beautiful and costly.

It is a misspelt sanskrit word
Pada = feet, Padma = Lotus , Sparsha = touch
so i think it should be "Padma pada sparsha'
which would meen touching your lotus feet

It is not in Hindi, It is in Sanskrit and pronounce as written.

it should be,
PADPRAKSHALAN a sanskrit word,
paad praxalan (pronunciation)

means, to wash legs of God (statue) with saffron water or 'panchamrut'
i don't think,
any word like padprassdscha
or paschataap which is regrett.
