tell her before someone else tells her. girls don't like it when they are told by someone else that a guy has a crush on them. the girl could think that it is just a rumor or think that you are too afraid to tell her yourself. just be really truthful and i would probably not tell her around her friends cause if she is embarrassed then she may not react the same way if it was just you and her. be romantic and just be yourself. girls are people too, we're not gods or anything. and make sure to smile and make her feel like you can't live without her!
good luck

well, most likely, the girl you might be speaking of KNOWS. but anyway, you just say" i've been seeing you around and have noticed you as being a very attractive person to me. i don't mean to be blunt, but i would like to ask you out for a quick lunch or cokes, so i get to know you better, do you think that would work?" good luck! j.j.

i would say...
if the the guy would come up to me and flirted a bit, and was really sweet to me at first like a gentleman, offered to carry my books (high school), walk me to my class, ask me for my number, and just try to get to know me for the first day to two than just look into my eyes and say that he has liked me for a long time now and noticed me from day one, how beautiful i was and how he was just dying to come over here and tell me, that he really likes me, and would love it if we could go out sometime and get to know more about one another.

go to the beach or something and talk for a bit then just tell her
You: "Hey (enter girls name here)"
Girl: "Yea"
You: "Theres something I've been meaning to tell you"
Girl "Oh... well what it is?"
You: "I find you really attractive".
Girl: "Oh well thankyou"
Narrarator: (weird ackward silence sets in, YOU's hands are shaky and GIRL doesn't have a clue what to say"
Finally YOU builds up the courage to ask that fateful question)
You: "Um are you gonna eat that"
Narrarator: (Cut! guys what the ****?, AGAIN and ACTION!)
You: "Did you want to go out on a date sometime?"
Girl: " "Oh (enter your name here) I thought you'd never ask!"
Narrarator: (the two fall into the sloppy kiss, the music get drowned out in the background, and lights dimmer .........CUT! excellent job everybody!)

It's mushy but it was sincere. I was out having drinks w/ my now gf one night and pulled her to the side and told her, "I've always thought you were beautiful, but the more I get to know you I realize it's your soul that radiates." I still have no idea where that came from, but I meant it and she knew it. That's what girls want. Sincere compliments.

i would mosey around the bush and see what the person has seen in his past relationships then i would send a note or something saying i like him or that i'd like to hangout with him sometime. i get shy in that area of confrontation ^_^;
goodluck

you don't actually have to come right out and say it, that would be too confronting. actions speak louder than words, so use your imagination, she needs to notice you. talk to one of her friends so you can find out more about her. strike up a conversation with her, usually, you can pick up on a person's body language when you're talking with them
