A. If given the opportunity, be with 5 (or more if you like) of the most beautiful women on earth of your choosing. Women same thing, although choose your fantasy however you want it to be (whatever guy or girl, or whatever)

B. Repent, Pray for forgiveness, try to spend the last day doing good, helping others, telling people youre sorry, etc. Spending it in church.

A. Why? Well, if there is a God to judge someone, wouldn't they know B is all suck ups? If they are not fully living B every day of their life, and some don't, what's the point in trying to fulfill that in one day? At least A would be more honest then some who choose B.
It would be like a teen throwing a party when the parents are out. They call and there is an hour to clean up. Everything is perfect. Parents come home but oops some drunk couple stumble out of no where and you're busted. Might as well be honest.

Why not both? I'm about as sexually charged a person as I've ever seen but even I wouldn't want to go at it 24 hours straight. I wouldn't be repenting my sexual habits but I do have other things that I would want to try to set right. I try to help others as much as I can but I'd still want to have some fun my last day. My beliefs do not necessarily require monogamy, just honesty and respect for my partner(s).
If it really was my last day, I would probably be too sick or injured to really do much with the men or women. I could still pray from my hospital bed or trapped in a burning building or however it happens, assuming that I'd still be conscious.

Well if this is school and you studied for an exam beforehand, then you don't have to cram for it and you get the A - otherwise you do and you get the B.
B is something people should be doing whenever it is necessary - not when they're forced to because it is their last day. Does the person who spent a lifetime making people's lives miserable and taking advantage of them really think that can all be made right in one day? If I were God, this might be my test and I'd send most of the B's to hell.
Give me A any day ;)

It doesn't take all day to sleep with 5 people! I REALLY wish I could pick both, but I guess in the end, I've had a lot of really good sex and I would want to tell my friends and family how much I love them. So... I choose option B.

I'm an adult, 25 as a matter of fact. and I would've choosen B but u included church, I hate church. Not trying to offend believers but that's how I feel about it. So, I would have to go with choice A. Don't mind helping others and spending time with the loved ones and making amends, but can't do church.

Sexist question! Not all men want to be with women! And not all appetites are sexual. Some of us are old enough to enjoy cheesecake as much as sex.
(And people say that Gay folk are obsessed with sex. What kind of choice is this? Nookie or a cookie? If I want a meal, I'm making a lobster, not a communion wafer. And communion wine isn't worth the trouble. Get me a good French pinot noir. I don't care if I am serving sea food.)

I would pick B out of the two options given but truthfully since I am ready in my heart to meet my saviour I would spend my last day with my family.

Definitely A. Without a doubt. That is if I'm forced to choose between these two options, although I don't know if I'd "function" knowing I'm about to die...

B: But not to Church as I am a Muslim. As I know that accoutn fo my deeds will ramin open even after my death so I will try to do something whcih can keep bringing good fruits for me e.g. esablishing a school imparting education to poor students, soemtng whcih people can benefit after my death as you will smallest of your act whether good or bad
