Show her a fun time and make her laugh a lot, she will then gain an interest in you because she has fun with you.
Don't throw sleazy comments like you want to jump in bed with her, after you become closer then you can get into the flirting, tickling her, hugging her from behind.
First you need to gain her trust and friendship.
