This is 3 days late but hopefully this finds you becuase virusburst is so friggin hard to get rid of....I had it myself and its a pain in the ***.
I searched ANSWERS and found no helpful clues. When i searced a forum I found this program. SIMFRAUDFIX
just search it. None of these "manual" fixes worked for me, but after 2 minutes and a restart with this and i was rid of those stupid taskbar popups.
After you download it free, unzip it. then press option #2.
There, NO more virusburst....SPREAD THE WORD!

ah, you got hit by one of those. i know how you feel. zango was like the same thing, except a toolbar, and wouldnt let me delete it without having spybot. maybe getting spybot will help you, because it has a secure shredder, which PERMANTLY deletes whatever you drag into the space and its gone forever. you can also chose how many "shreds" it will become into futher developments later
Developments:
Oh no!!!! I checked on how to remove it and it doesnt say how, lemme guess, this is what it said? :
" Critical System Error!
System detected virus activity. They may cause critical
system failure. Please, use antimalware software to clean
and protect your system from parasite programs.
Click this balloon to get all available software. "
they said it brings you into this legitimate looking, looking, not real, website, and will create subkeys in your registry, running everytime your computer starts up. try spybot and use its shredder, im not promoting it, im just recomemnding
