just because you cant tie your shoes doesnt mean your not a genius but its a good indication that your no prodigy

I'm a genius (or so I've been told, I don't know my actual IQ) and I can't tie my shoes with them on my feet. I know how. I just have a lot of trouble reaching my feet and Velcro is a lot easier than trying to use those long grabber things to tie them. Not being able to tie your shoes is no proof of genius or the lack thereof.

Maybe a barefoot genius. But, velcro sneakers won't help because you wouldn't get any where. Just stick with flipflops or slip-ons. You're a genius and too busy to worry about such trivial matters anyway!

It doesn't make you a genius just because you can't tie your shoes. Sure, you could go for velcro sneakers or you could try more to learn how to tie shoes.

The criteria for being a genius is not one's ability to tie shoe-laces. Try & learn it (its not hard) so u can save on velcros......

try tieing ur shoes... its easy

how would not being able to tie your shoes make you a genious? maybe tying ur shoes when u were a year old would make you one, but being that you are old enough to even write this question out on yahoo answers, doesn't in anyway mean that you are a genious.
im not like making fun of you for not being able to tie your shoes, cuz i mean yeah its hard and there are some concepts that people just can't grasp..but how in the world would it make you a genious?????

not at all. instead of wearing velcro sneakers, why dont u take some time and learn to tie shoelaces. i guarantee you it is easy.
