I feel like the 20s are a period when people are allowed a few mistakes, but when people reach their 30s and they are put to tests, I think they are more significant. Does anyone else agree?

God gave you a body to enjoy. Would you give your child dinner and tell him not to eat?

EAT! there are people who go hungry, you ungrateful child.

People are definately held accountable in their 30's. People always make mistakes through the journey. I'm now 31, and pretty far from perfect. However, how could I make the same mistakes now that I'd have made in my twenty's when I've already 'learned' from them. And, if I haven't made the mistakes myself, I've seen dozens of other people who have, and how could I pretend to ignore those experiences? I spent a majority of my twenty's blaming every seedy thing I did on a poor upbringing. It's my hope now in my 30's, to get over it, and own up to my resposibilities as an adult. If you did some of the things I've done in my twenty's at say forty, I'd seriously think you were maladjusted.

Hope this helps :)
