i'm a manager in a convienent store and its not in the best part of town.. lol kinda like the ghetto, drugs and whatnot. butt the guys that come in try to talk to me and i ignore them don't give them the time of day, and sometimes just plain mean to them but they still keep coming!!!! how in the hell do i get rid of them?? i've got a few stalkers and then just plain annoying ones, they never give up!!! i've gotten cheap feels done and everything.. of course i kick them out and tell them i will cut off their hand if they do it again but why do men act like that?? how do i get rid of them? should i be nice and flirt back... maybe they would then go away??

Hard and fast basics...
Don't look easy, or flaunting.
Your in the ghetto, don't look like a way out (or an easy way in).
Don't look mad or mean.
We will try to improve your day, it is our duty.
Ask how their wife, girlfriend is doing... "doesn't someone else drive that car?"
Watch for the hustle.
It may not be about you, just to distract you for theft reasons.
Your the manager, people try to know you.
In the ghetto it holds more clout, and it is a closer community. You are the outsider. (In a rich ghetto they would be embarrassed to know you.)
Learn how to act wise to their game. Maybe they are players, maybe they are decent men... or just one pretending to be the other.
Keep an intimadating comment ready with your co-workers...
"Danny invited me to Aspen for the weekend..."

don't flirt, you may end up getting in more trouble. Alas alot of men never grow up, of course if you are a cute girl that makes it even harder, they think the are being all cool by doing that. They don't care that they are showing no class. my advice would be kick them out and if they try anything just call the cops and have them taken into custody for harrasment. that is sexual harrassment and is a crime. those men will be less likely to pull that with another person around. I am sorry to hear those guys are doing that, they just give all us guys a bad name.

Some guys feel that by you quickly shutting them down only poses as a challenge for them. The sad thing is that flirting back wouldn't make them go away. Considering where you work, you might have to resort to threats of calling the police to make a few of them go away. For the ones that doesn't work on, I suggest a bat or a bigger man to "escort" them out.

Well, you may be the only woman that they've seen all day! Or maybe the only one that hasn't beat them with a broom for being lazy bums without a job. Men who act in the manner you have described give the rest of us nice guys a bad rep.

Either tell them you have a boyfirend, girlfriend or that you killed the last poor bastard that touched you - then laugh like hell and suddenly stop, looking them straight in the eye, then walk away. That should scare them off for a while.
If it becomes too bad, call the cops! Don't put up with that crap!!!

flirting will only make matters worse. they act like that to build their ego's and look cool in front of their friends and have no respect for women except to get some and go. actually under the law by touching you is simple battery, but coping a feel is sexual battery, a felony. if you reported them, it would lead to trouble. the only recourse is to work at a better location.

You're cute enough that guys want you. Unfortunately, that means you need to find a job with clients who exhibit some measure of dignity and class. Find a job in a better part of town, and you'll find guys who'll smile and occasionally stare, but who don't behave like total trash.

Call the cops and press charges, or get a new job. Whatever you do, do not flirt back. Even a smile will be interpreted as "Hey, she wants me!"
