Yes I believe in God and yes I have been born again.

Oh and Poki Poki -

"...Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?" Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, You must be born again...." (John 3:3-7).

So as you can see, Jesus said we have to be born again, not to BELIEVE in God but in order to actually make it to heaven.

Butterfly Princess,
I am a Christian who is 'born again,' but I would not call myself a "Born Again Christian." I find that many Born Again Christians are too Legalistic, like most every other religion.

I can't really say whether or not I believe in God, the Buddha or the Flying Spaghetti Monster. I will say this. I am looking actively for what I believe in, which is something most people can't say. I can't really say I'm "born again" anything, because that would imply that I believe in reincarnation, and I don't, because I think that's nonsense. "Awakening" is a better term for one's spiritual "rebirth."

I pity the fool who takes his spirituality and takes it for granted. Most people tend to forget that it is like a package. Spirituality is what is on the inside. Religion is the box in which said spirituality is housed. However, most people tend to be more interested with the wrapping of the package than what's inside.
