First, you need to give him 1-2 tablespoons of Hydrogen Peroxide NOW. This will induce vomiting and hopefully get most of the pills out of his stomach before they enter his bloodstream. Next, call your veterinarian IMMEDIATELY. If he's not open (it's 11:00 pm here), call an emergency vet. After all of that is over with and your dog is helped, lock all medications in a cabinet or put them out of his reach.

Since you are asking on here, i would say start digging a hole. 22 Pills is a lot for a human, let alone a dog. If it is still alive, call a vet, any vet they might be able to help you or tell you who to talk to about it, or maybe give you the same answer i did (dig a hole).
(Of course, you aren't supposed to bury a dead animal)
Good Luck, I hope it lives.

Look in the phone book for an animal emergency room. Ibuprofen is toxic for dogs and he needs to have his stomach pumped right now. Call the animal emergency room immediately and tell them you're coming. They're going to want to know about what your dog weighs and how many milligrams of ibuprofen he ate.

That's lethal to just about anyone -- PLEASE TAKE HIM TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY!!! It's urgent -- for every minute the dog's system is allowed to process this stuff, the more likely your dog is to suffer a pretty painful death.
Less than one regular strength ibuprofen (200mg) could cause stomach ulcers in a 10lb dog, and about six could cause kidney failure.
They might be able to treat him with charcoal to prevent some of it from being taken up into his system, but time is crucial here.
If you are far away from a emergency clinic, I'd call them to see if they would want you to induce vomiting before leaving for the vet.
Finally, if this is a real situation, you should be ashamed of yourself for even bothering to write Yahoo; you should be already be on your way to the vet, which, I hope for the sake of your animal, you are.

That's a blood thinner if you didn't know, and depending on the size of your dog he/she could be bleeding to death internally as you read this. Call poison control, or if you don't have the number call the police station and ask. If there is any vets open 24/7 I suggest you call and take you dog there asap,

My dog ate a bottle of Tylenol and he was in intensive care for 3 weeks. Your dog's liver is going to start failing. It's going to need Vitamin K on an iv for a few days.
How big is your dog?

Get the dog to the vet ASAP! The dog could die from ibuprofen. I know aspirin will for sure kill a dog.

Quickly give him 2 or 3 tablespoons of hydrogen proxide because that will make him vomit most of the contents of his stomach. He will froth at the mouth and begin to retch. The peroxide will not hurt him. GET RIGHT TO IT.

Call a vet immediately! A couple tablets of ibuprophen can be deadly.
Do you know anyway to make him puke? Maybe stick something down his throat.
Dear god, good luck to you
