I had this problem also because I thought the information that was being taught wasn't being taught creatively or the info was just boring stuff that I would memorize for the test later. It's always nice when you have a good teacher. Maybe confront the teacher, dean/principal and see what happens? Maybe you could be moved to another class? Maybe you just have to stick it out..or make a game out of it, write a story about it while it happens.

I used to daydream a lot in high school. If you're in college I would suggest trying to get Adderrol, or some sort of ADD medicine to help you focus. Mainly because you want to do your best in college to prepare yourself for a career.
