I think it's weird that he likes to stare at my body, but he does it. Like if I'm wearing a short-sleeved top he'll stare at my arms and my beauty mark on my arm.And if I'm wearing a shirt that kind of rides up w/ low rise jeans he'll stare at my lower back...I don't know if he likes me or what.

Yes, he likes you. Speaking as a guy, some of us find the lower back to be sexy. It just gives us the start to let our imaginations run wild. Guys are visual, women are emotional.

weird thing about guys is they dont haev to LIKE you to like your body. - two different things. But often if you have to like one to get to the other, most are willing to take that journey.
