Tuseran forte capsule contains dextromethorphan HBr Phenylpropanolamine HCl and Paracetamol.

As there are many studies showed negative effects to the fetus, caution should be taken in the use of dextromethorphan HBr during pregnancy. This medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy.

It is not known whether phenylpropanolamine will harm an unborn baby. But phenylpropanolamine was reported that it increases the risk of hemorrhagic stroke thus the FDA makes steps to remove from the market any product containing it.

Only the paracetamol content is said to be safe in its content, so generally the safety of the fetus with taking tuseran is not guaranteed.♥

Everything that I have found says that the active ingredients in tuseran forte do not harm the fetus. I put a link to the best website I've found that will give you accurate information and it also says that there are no studies saying that it will have an adverse affect.
