My car was towed.. i don't have insurance.. or current registration.. i need the car.. will i be able to get it insured/registered if it's out for repo?

If it is out for repo, that does not prevent you from getting it registered and insured. The insurance company and DMV do not care if you have not paid your car payments.
It would be a very good idea to catch up your payments, because the repo man will get your car!! You can hide, but not forever!!

If it is used the insurance company will probably want to inspect it before they will insure it.
