best and fastest way is to do intense workout like running and while your doing that, have a lot of clothes on so you increase prespiration.

Join Weight Watchers. They will teach you how to eat well and lose weight at the same time. It is better to do that than to just lose it fast and then put the weight right back on.

One very effective tool for weight loss I have found is drinking LOTS of water. I drank half of my weight in ounces of water for awhile, and the first week I dropped 7 pounds. Water also acts as an appetite suppresant. If you drink a glass of water (or two) before every meal, your stomach will already begin to feel full and you won't eat as much.

It is a mood stabilizer as well. And when you're in a good mood you are less likely to overeat.

The fatest way to lose weight, is to bring your attention away from being overweight. Put your undivided attention to that which you are wanting...which is thin. What you focus on you attract, this is physics and it defines law. If you focus on being overweight you cannot attract thin, no matter what you do. Its easy, just live as if you were already "skinny" or to your goal, and feel the feelings as if it already happened. The more in harmony with 'thin' you are the sooner you will attract it.

go on a salad,chicken, and slim fast diet and try to walk for at leats 30 minutes each day.and actually follow the serving sizes on the nutrition chart so that you dont intake uneccesary calories. you wont lose wieght unless your really dedicated to losing the wieght

healthy weight loss is 2- 2.5 lbs a week...if u lose more than that, it will not be healthy....
