Before you go to bed, put some toothpaste on the pimple and over night it will dry it out and go away fast. It is a great way to get rid of them.

It all depends. A lot of water helps. Frequent washing. Not too much greasy or fatty foods in your diet. Lotion. Massage Therapy. Just make sue to soak your skin when you use lotion. It will clog your pores which causes pimples anyway. Try Noxzema liq id facile cleanser. Just keep washing frequently, and be aware of the dirt and dust in your surroundings.

Best solution that I have ever found is to wash your face with Head & Shoulders shampoo at least once a day. Just use it to wash your hair in the shower and also wash your face with the lather.
If they are really bad, use the shampoo directly on your face at first until they start to clearup.
Use the regular formula for normal hair, not the one with conditioner.

wash your face in the morning and at nite with a face cloth and a gentle soap or cleanser, towel dry your face. try not to touch your face during the day, oil and dirt from your hands doesnt help. and toothpaste overnite on a pimple will help to reduce them... try a small amount, it might sting a bit

I go to an esthetician and have a sister-in-law who's a manager for Aveda and they both say that salicylic acid is the best thing to fight & treat pimples.

I put salicylic acid on pimples before they erupt and they just go away without opening. It works overnight and stops the pain very quickly. Salicylic acid is aspirin.
