I'm moving into an apartment with radiator heaters...is it safe to have a piece of furniture next to one of these? For example, a couch, or a table? Is it ok as long as they don't touch? The landlord keeps the temp at 68 degrees- so they don't feel that hot.\

I'm finding my options for furniture configurations limited by the radiators! Someone told me I could just put a cover over a given radiator. and yes, I'm aware that blocking a radiator with say the back of my couch may reduce its heating effectiveness- not a real concern

thanks

this all depends on the radiator. if its the old stand up type no don't put anything near it. if its the newer long type that go along the wall about 6 in high. go ahead put the couch or what ever else you want their
