i had block her number,tell people that i'm not home..tell her that i've had a viance..but she always annoying me,she always sleep in front my house..i've tell that i will call police if she still disturbing me..she always theat me like"choose better.i get die or yours.."..and she had my embarassing picture which can distribute by her to my comunity..i've yell her many times..what any explanation should i tell her? i think she is very possesive

Change your phone number.
Change your e.mail address.
Don't talk to her at all.
Don't talk about her to anyone else either (they may be able to keep things going if they talk to her).
Don't be where she is.
If she shows up near your house ignore her.
That's all I can think of; but if you stick with it it will probably work.
If she gets too extreme get a restraining order.

Tell her you're freaked out and let her know what exactly IS freaking you out if you want to stay with her, otherwise, tell her straight anyway and move on right after the conversation.

You need to rephrase your question. Do you mean how do you get away from a disturbing ex-girlfriend? Or do you mean how do you prevent upsetting a former girlfriend ?

BE JUST DONT HAVE ANY OR LITTLE CONSERVATION WITH
