Sorry but a navel piercing can take a long time to heal most places tell you at least 6 months, but can be up to a year to be totally healed. That's what I was told at the place I got my eyebrow & nose pierced and what I found searching online.

On average 6-8 months if you went to a good piercer and use good aftercare. During healing time, do not remove the jewelry or change it unless you speak with your piercer first. Note that infections and trauma to the piercing slow healing time drastically.

Way too long for some people. I had mine for a year, and it STILL wasn't healed. Always getting irritated by my jeans rubbing on it etc. NOT a good thing. Nipple piercings are better for me.

certainly, the ring ring makes it greater handy and swifter to heal--i became informed via the guy who first peirced my abdomen button years in the past--on account which you dont have a similar little peice of steel on ur open epidermis; it extremely is much less probable to get contaminated. despite the fact that, you ought to nonetheless flow it And sparkling it with iodine, or regardless of your peircer informed you to apply on it, as usually as he/she recommends.usually however, youre stated to maintain the ring for a undeniable volume of time besides (for those motives).
