Seek advise from a lawyer, not sure what kind of threats, but if you have talked to the police, they may advise you.

you should contact the county social services and let them no and also the city and county police so they are aware of this if anything does arrive besides if u are not married to the father there is not much his family can do to u the father must go to court
and request father or grand parent rights before they can even think of trying any thing but u should keep a close i one what they do with ur baby and what u say to them and what they say to u and keep a journal so u have documented when they say or do anything good luck

Get lawyer so you can 1-get a restraining order, 2-take away all of his parental rights . You don't want him visiting your child when he gets out of jail.

if you can't afford a lawyer, there should be some kind of local child service that you can talk to for help.

His family may have no rights at all depending on your state. We don't know the whole situation but you could need serious help. Please consult a lawyer.

u should just stay away from them or if it is really bad then u should contact the police so that they can keep u safe, or if u rather not contact the police then u should make one of your family members deal with them and threaten them.

they have legal aide which is free and in most maor cities talk to them... tehy can prorbably give you some advice about what to do.
