You need to be sure what it is you're removing. The "mole" that's a skin tag can be taken off with dental floss or thread. You make an overhand knot, like the first step of tying your shoes and put the loop over the skin tag. Pull it to tighten it around the skin tag and make a knot. It will sting a little if it's tight enough, but don't tie it like you're trying to cut it off with a garrotte. Put triple antibiotic on it daily and in about 4 days, it will turn black like a scab and fall off.
One thing to keep in mind: The thread (or dental floss) will not be removable until the skin tag falls off. Clip the long ends needed to handle the thread so they won't draw attention.
Best wishes, by the way. It just worked for me within the past 2 weeks. But it's got to be a skin tag (a kind of fleshy extension of skin) and not some other kind of blemish.

Removing a mole by yourself can be very dangerous. It can cause profuse bleeding. My mom removed her mole herself, and even though it's been removed for about a year now, if she slightly bumps it, it bleeds. So i highly don't recommend it. Go to a dermatologist. It's the safest and healthiest way!

This is dangerous because when you have a mole removed in the doctors office it is then sent for a biopsy to rule out cancer.
You can also get an infection or cause excessive bleeding.

YES! First of all I'm an ER physician and there is always a home remedy that worked LONG before physicians became greedy and only interested in the cost of treatment. I would suggest tying the knot TIGHT to cut off the blood supply. **This may require doing more than once as tissue death may happen in stages depending on how tight the knot was actually done. (have someone do the tying for you as they can usually get it tighter than you initially would BC it does pinch) some moles/skin tags can be simply snipped off with scissors, etc. And this is EXACTLY how I would do it in hospital (except giving a little pain med to ease anxiety and pain at the site. . . . .my advice, take a Tylenol but its usually not needed.

That sounds like a recipe for disaster!! Please see a doctor - if the mole is big enough to remove, then it's big enough to need a doctor's attention. Don't forget that it could be the start of skin cancer, and that's not something you can remove with dental floss!!

Moles are unattractive growths seen on skin. They could get removed with surgery treatment, or better yet through numerous home remedies.
Surgery is overpriced, charging from $125 to $500 yet it can leave behind scars. Do-it-yourself solutions tend to be low priced and also will do away with ugly skin moles inside a few days while not leaving keloids.
Home remedies can include apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, or maybe fresh pineapple juice used during several days.

I wouldn't recommend it as there is always a slight possibilty that a mole could be malignant or cancerous. If you feel that it needs to be removed, you should schedule an appointment with a dermatologist who can safely remove it and biopsy it to determine whether or not it might be cancerous.
