I am a mother of three. I have been doing keggles since i found out about it from my doc with my first child 11 years ago. my youngest is 2. They seemed to have helped me and still are keeping my muscles strong down there. I still do them, I am told that they help with the muscle tone. I had to have stitches with my first natural birth, and the healing time seemed to go faster then a friend who didnt do them. My other two children...no stitches. I hope this helps. don't worry, you will be fine. The good news is that nobody sees you doing them. If you have more questions, ask your doc, that is what he/she is there for.

well, I did them all through my pregnancy. Not sure if they helped with delivery because I had a c-section, but after I healed and things could go back to normal with my husband, it was just like being a virgin again, not painful, but really tight!!

Oh, hell yeah they're good! Do them whenever you think of it! Like at the same time everyday. Ex. .. driving to work. Tons of benefits, don't know of a single drawback!

Kegals are meant to strengthen and tone the vaginal muscles.. You should do them regardless if you are pregnant. It will help prevent other annoying problems as you age.

I heard the same thing, don't know if it helped any during pregnancy, but it tightened things back up down there after I had the baby, it will be very much appreciated by your spouse/significant other.
