Torquemada's worse, definitely. And I'll let a quote explain why:
"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience."
-C.S. Lewis
Hitler IMHO sought mere power. He was neither blonde nor any of the other things that defined Aryan, so his ideology rings hollow. Torquemada, OTOH, seemed to believe he was rooting out heresy.

To different. I believe Torquemada had a more direct handling. He influenced King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella. Hitler didn't like Jews, but I believe the SS did a lot more behind his back then what he would wanted. I always thought that Himmler was probably the worst person in the Nazi party.

Torquemada was a mechanism of Catholic ideology, so in his case, the Catholic church was the true source of the "evil." The thing is, the Catholics weren't motivated to exterminate non-Catholics. They wanted CONVERSION. All their atrocities put together don't hold a candle to what Hitler wanted, which was genocide of what he deemed "inferior races."
Catholicism was concerned with creating followers. Their techniques were occasionally brutal, but their goal was not "inhuman" nor was it historically unique.
Nazi fascism was concerned with "purifying" the human race through wholesale genocide. This was done on an unprecedented scale, and was orders of magnitude more horrifying a goal.

I don't know Torquemada but what I do know is that Hitler's idea was to save mankind from dieseases by killing of the weak, by putting Nature's job into his own hands. He believed that the end justifies the means. So IMO it's Hitler that is better.

Who is Torquemada?
I'm going to guess that Hitler was a lot worse, him and Goering. They were evil of the worst kind (the organized, sly, evil, and yet intelligent kind).

The same.
Torquemada reigned over the Inquisition for those who got a liberal education. He didn't kill quite as many Jews, but came closer to making them extinct.

Adolph was responsible for killing a lot of people. That's bad/evil.
Torquy, though, liked them to stay alive. He couldn't torture dead ones.
So take your pick.
