1. Set up a gym at home.

If your local gym is too expensive, think about setting up a gym of your own at home. It doesn’t take much: a good exercise mat, a couple pairs of dumbbells, a jump rope and (if your budget allows) a treadmill will keep you going.

2. TV training. ^_^

There are thousands of good exercise videos and DVDs on the market. Almost everything you’ve ever heard of—from pilates to yoga to tai chi—is available on video. Better still, you can try before you buy! Most local libraries have exercise videos and DVDs you can borrow. Almost all video stores have exercise videos and DVDs you can rent. Boring? Just the opposite! If you wanted, you could work out in front of your TV all winter long without ever doing the same program twice!

3. Low sodium, low fat (oil) and low sugar diet.

Stay on the course of a health meal plan. And since you are a college boy, there maybe some parties that you will be going to. Make sure to make the "best" food choices and keep off the keg. lolz. 2 glasses of beer is ok.

Don't forget to drink a hefty amount of water. Follow these three tips and you will be staying fit even without going to the gym.

Going to have to be more than that to get a good physique. You need a good 2-3 hours. You can't be that busy, there's 24 hours in a day, you only need about 8 hours of sleep (6 if your like me) which leaves you with 16 hours, then you have school and I know that dosen't take 16 hours so use the spare time to work out.

Isometrics is an exercise that involves muscle contraction through pushing, pressing and pulling against an immovable object. This form of exercise uses minimal movement to build muscles. Instead, the force of muscle contraction, muscle – against muscle resistance builds strength. Hold your and your right palm down .Press your hands together as hard as you can. You can feel your pectoral, shoulder, and arm muscles working. This is an example of isometric exercise.

When you suck in your gut, you’re doing an isometric contraction. Another example is the kegel exercise, a contraction of the vaginal muscle, which women are counseled to do during pregnancy to counteract the pressure of the fetus on the bladder and afterward to tone the muscles stretch by childbirth.

Not only does it burn calories, but it also strengthens, relaxes and tones muscles.

Below are some isometrics that you can do virtually anywhere, anytime. Begin by holding each contraction for five seconds. Two sets of 10 repetitions is a good start. You can work up to 10 and then 15 seconds per contraction and then three or more sets. Read on and discover how you can tune into Isometrics.

Stand in a doorway , hold your hands at thigh level , and then press the backs of your hands outward against the door jambs. Hold sub-maximal force for 8 seconds and repeat. This works the deltoids and suprapinatus.
*

Stand in a doorway, raise your right arm above your head, and push your arm against the door frame. Change sides. This works the pectorals, obliques, and arms.
*

Stand in a doorway, bend your elbows, and press the palms of your hands-at chest level – outward against the door jambs. This works the pectorals and biceps.
*

Stand facing a wall about two feet away from it. Raise your hands to shoulder level and place your palms against the wall. Contract your abdominal muscles, straighten your elbows, learn your body weight toward the wall, and push against it. This works your arms and shoulders.

Just remember, anything can be exercise. A healthy body doesn't need to go to the Gym. Eat right, stay active, think positive, and dont smoke.

That's all there is to it.

Run for 30 minutes one day. Next day do push-ups, sit-ups and a standing chair. By "standing chair" I mean stand with your back to the wall, bend at the knees till you are in a sitting chair position and hold for 60 seconds. Do as many sets as you like.
Hope this helps.
