ok so this may seem stupid to you buti still want your opinion.
there's this guy i like and he is good looking and a very cool guy. some people call him a nerd and don't like him because he gets really good grades. he is a grade above me so i dont have any clasess with him. but a friends of mine does so i asked her about him and she told him i wanted to meet him and a bunch of stuff about me. im a very outgoing girl unless im near the guy i like...i get so nervous and have no idea of what to say. so i thought he would approach me but he didnt instead what he does is stare at me at the halls and between classes and a lunch. and he keeps asking my friend stuff about me. so i wrote him an annonymous letter and left it in his locker and i told him his reply should go to my locker. so i have this other friend who was desperate for him to think it was her all because she loves drama. and he did think it was her not me. so he didn't like her and....ill add more details just wait.dont answe

ok so now he thinks its her and he wont answer and he told my other friend he was hoping it was me who wrote the letter. and now we are thinking he likes me because he follows me around sometimes and always stares at me and tries to show off with his friends at lunch. nut i want him to know its me but i just dont know how and im so shy sround guys....

he is only one grade older...im 8 hes 9. in my school high school and middle scholl go together. and yeah he is a shy guy he's not on the popular crowd.

Write him another letter admitting that it was you the first time. Sign it & ask him to put his answer in your locker again.
Or...
Go tell him it was you. But don't pretend to be super bold about it, be yourself even if your a little shy. It's cute when girls are shy. It sounds pretty obvious that he likes you, so you don't have to worry about him saying no. If you go talk to him, it will help him with breaking the ice.

I don't understand why you are doing all of this beating around the bush. You should be the one to go right to him and tell him that it was you who wrote the letter. The more people you get involved with this the more dramatic it's going to be. From personal experience, it's always best to just tell them face to face and in person.
It's okay to be nervous about it, but use your nerves to push yourself to talk to him. I honestly think that's what you should have done in the first place. Secrecy takes longer and guys just don't understand all of the beating around the bush deal.

Just go up to him and tell him it was you who wrote the letter. Why would your friend do some crazy mess like that? Just tell him it was really from you, and explain to him the whooooole situation, about her liking drama and stuff, and he'll understand because he likes you too.

If you go to him he'll love how you had the cofidence to step up to him and tell him that you would like to get to know him better. just go up to him and tell him the truth. or if youre too weirded out talking in person, call him or something. but i think telling him in person, and explaining everything would be best. there wouldnt be any confusion or guessing. good luck!
