"Permanent" color is only permanent because it does not wash out it grows out.. In other words you will be coloring it about every 4-6 weeks; although, if you insist on using black and grey hair is growing out I am guessing every three-four weeks...look around; you see people everywhere with roots growing out...

If your saying permanently forever with out haircolor, then no...This would revolutionize the beauty industry if this was possible. It would cost a fortune too... I wish it were possible. Then I'd go back to school to learn that.

No. Like your finger nails, the hair on your head keeps growing even after it turns grey, and color dyes, like beauty, are only skin deep. If you color your hair, even with permenant dyes, you will have to re-dye regularly.

I don't think so! It can be done for a short period only. I use to use it
it worked for for few days and the gray comes back.

when you have a grey hair, it grows out of your head grey.....

when you dye your hair any color, grey hair is still gunna grow.
