Not unless it has fallen out. The IUD is inside the uterus (IntraUterine Device).

Probably not ! But....
Over 20 yrs ago in the ED, I saw an unfortunate couple brought in by medics on a stretcher. They were facing each other, just mortified. Apparently her IUD had somehow slipped/partially become dislodged. Her mate happened to be uncircumcised and somehow got caught up on that bit of metal, unable to free himself. OUCH !

Not if the IUD is inserted in a woman. If you had braces and put an IUD in your mouth it might happen. During sex, no. Urban legend?

I sure if a person, or two people really got inrto it, it would be possible to get your braces fouled up and caught on her I. U. D.

Yes. You have to be extra careful when your head is inside her uterus. You might want to just skip that part all together. It sounds painful.
