My intuition and my head are at war over this one. I am attracted to a guy who is an amazing creative talent (we are in the same field). We met and hit it off during our brief meeting. We live in different states. I remain attracted but my his actions have been jerk-like for a while. Normally he'd be history by now, but my intution and heart keep saying to try and stick it out. I do not like feeling like a glutton for punishment. In this situation do you follow your head or your heart? My head is saying it's enough now and my intuition pulls me back and says take another look. Help!

Honey, you're making a mistake that a lot of women make, you're confusing your intuition with your man fixing need. If he's a jerk, he's a jerk. You will not be able to fix him. You'll spend the next 6 years in a relationship with him wondering where you went wrong and then you'll leave and move on to the next guy who needs to be fixed.

the only way to find out is sit down and spend time with the guy outside of a work environment
it could be the jerkiness is hiding something more appealing to you --- he may think thats the way he should act -- your heart see this and your mind is seeing the face he is presenting but it may not be his true face

i think that jerks get the girls 4 all the wrong reasons. So if he is a jerk ,stick with a nice guy they r the safer bets and you will have a much safer and longer relationship.

In the end, if it doesnt work out, you'll be pissed that you didnt follow your head. If he's that much of a jerk, leave him be, you could be saving yourself some heartache.
