Its made by putting fillings in it like cheese or apples and putting it into the stove.

Some really thin dough was used that felt a little bit like paper. Basically you would use egg wash on it and just put the filling in and keep wrapping the thin dough around it.

or maybe a stuffed ravioli or a stuffed wonton that has been fried
