you can have sperms injected into you or you can have vivo fertilization where they remove the eggs and sperms and fertilze it outside and then put it back into you.

If you are physically unable to get pregnant (meaning that the doctors tested you and you cannot get pregnant unless they do it for you), then consider adopting a child. I promise you that it is not the same as giving birth to a biological child, but it gives you a completely new outlook on life. You give a child a life that they could not have before. Their parents could not take care of them for whatever reason. And yet you give hope to the millions of orphans around the world that do not have families. They believe that one day someone will love them and mother them. You will grow with that child and open up so many opportunities and the bond will be unbreakable between you and your child. With God's support, the unconditional love you give the child will make him/her a beautiful child of God.

Give it more time. If you don't get pregnant after a year go to an ob/gyn to get checked. He/she may refer you to a fertility specialist.
Further, the most important thing you can do is NOT stress over NOT being pregnant. Added stress in either or both partners can reduce your fertility. So, enjoy every moment of your attempts to pro create and give yourselves more time.
Good Luck and Take Care

Most couples stastically conceive with in the 1st year. Know statistics doesn't help. Try monitoring your cycles to know when the peak time for sex is. You can also use Ovulation predictor kits, Basal Body Temp Charting and Cervical mucus charting...OR have sex every other day. If you haven't conceived with in 1 1/2 years you should probably get with a dr to see if there are underlying health reasons as to why.

The way to get pregnant is to take the first day of you period and count 13 day ahead. That would give you the days you are highly likely ovlating. If you have intercourse every other day within that time for about 5 days you should have a higher chance to get pregnant. I did that with my first son and I was pregnant within 3 to 4 months.

Well besides the obvious, make sure your having sex when you are most likely to be ovulating.. sometime between 3 and 7 days after your period is prime time to hitting the sheets. If thats still not working then perhaps you should go to a fertility clinic and have his sperm count checked, and also to see if your ovaries are kickin out the eggs as well.
Best of luck!

if your husband has a cellphone tell him to stop using it all the time. It just recently said in the news that men who always talk on there cellphones lose many sperm cells. I has something to do with the electricity in the phone that goes froma a mans head to a mans toe and all in between. If he stops o you will be getting you a baby.

i would agree with the one who said lots and lots of sex
Just go with it too, no need to get stressed out over, cuz that certinly won't help. Besides you are still young and i would be easier to get done what you need to now, like school, get a good job and save some money cuz it ain't easy or cheap to raise kids

You both need to go see a doctor to make sure that neither of you has a condition that would make having a baby difficult.
If you are both fine, make sure that you chart your fertility cycles, and eat a proper diet.

normally, it can take up to a yr. to get prego. IF it last longer than that, then its time to get some testing done.
i saw on strickly sex with Dr.Drew, they did a test to see how to get pregnant 'faster. one was was to have sex every day. sperm can last up to 3 days in your body. also, to 'elevate' the hips, keep your butt up after sex for 10-15 min to keep the sperm in the uterus.
