Why not? Older men tend to have worked out all of the angst and insecurities that plague younger men, and they have pretty much decided what they want out of life. While I wouldn't choose anyone on the basis of age alone, I see no problem with older men and younger women or vice-versa.
And you don't always have a choice about who you love anyway.

it depends on how much older, i'm 21 and have never been attracted to a guy that wasn't at least a few years older then me, guys get sexier as they get older.

Isn't that up to them, as rational adults? two people who establish a realtionship or a friendship or whatever, and who do so of their own free will, are not hurting anyone, and its none of any-one else's business. Do waht makes you happy!
