where besides dps office can i get my title?

im lookin to sell my car can i get my title from the courthouse or do i have to goto dps office?

DPS or Tag Agency.

Okay, I bet your from Texas. If you are then, the title of your vehicle will be with the loan company that you have or had your auto loan with. You need to go to the DPS and they will have the title sent directly to them so they can remove the lien holders information from it and issue you a new one. Hope this helps.
