I have used Olive Manon Virgin Oil since young and it is indeed very effective for promoting hair growth and moisturing skin. I was introduced to it by my mum who's also an avid user. Never really had hair and skin quite dry when I was young, and I do see the difference now after years of using it. The method I was introduced to is called an Oil Pack. You'll have to massage the oil onto the skin and then keep it under wraps with a hot towel for about half an hour before showering. After shower and before sleep, apply gently on the affected area.

I dont think any oil would be a good moisturizer, any of them would just clog your pores.

But if you really want a natural moisturizer go with coco butter.

Peeerrrsonnnally... I don't use a moisturizer. Your face should create it's own natural oils. once you start using a moisturizer, however, your face will become dependent on it. I also use a VERY gentle face cleanser like Cetaphil, Spectra-Jel, etc... that ensures that you don't dry out your face
