did i truly ruin my chances w/him???

SHORT story:this boy i think he knows im like him and i think he really like me too. I always catch him staring at me all of a sudden. Whenever i took to turn at him, he turns away quickly. but i started the staring 1st then i stopped and now he does it....


LONG story; A boy thats in 2 of my classes used to be all over me b4. He used to really like me, at least i think he did. He would say he loved me, i was his baby, and ALWAYS gave me compliments nonstop. then one day he asked me to be his GF in public but ignored him b/c i was kinda embrassed. After that, he kinda actied different, but then went bak to his previous ways of 'liking' me. Another day i guess overheard my friend and I talking about other boys we used to like in previous grades. And he started ignoreing and talking about other girls. I made a HUGE mistake. My friend asked if he liked me he said 'No, shes alright, i jus like messin w/her'.And right after he waved and said hi to me. Now he knows i like him,

and the day after he found out, i began staring at him jus for one whole day and i overheard him saying 'she keeps lookin at me, she really want me to talk 2 her', then i stopped that staring the next day and he starts!!!! Today i cuaght him staring and he called me his baby, but i didnt respond {im stupid} to that then i think i heard him say 'i dont like her'out loud to someone not sure i he was talking about me, though

YOU HURT HIS PRIDE AND REJECTED HIM...SOME GUYS JUST DONT GET THE FEMALE MIND GAMES WE PLAY IN SCHOOL. YOU HAVE TO SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE AND TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL. IM SURE HIS FEELINGS HAVENT CHANGED. GUYS ARE NOT MIND READERS EVEN THOUGH WE ALL WISH THEY WERE

You sound young... slow down. If he likes you and it was meant to be then it will happen. But young guys are funny... they care way too much what other guys think and they dont always act on their feelings. Talk to him on the phone where no one can hear and ask him whats up and if ya'll can work it out. Good luck.
