They wouldn't be your friend if they didn't tell you the truth, would they? Or do you want a friend to tell you everything will be a-o.k? When they know it won't be o.k. at all. Maybe God sent that friend your way...maybe He is reaching out to you through them. I don't know. The fact is many people miss the "signs" that are right in front of their face. It is their choice and their fault for not heeding Gods many warnings.

I don't know, but I can tell you something funny. I'm a Deist, and I've got this little Mormon friend who's totally infatuated with me. I keep telling him that we aren't spiritually compatible and I'll never see him as anything more than a little (2 years younger) brother; but I guess that's a little different, because he thinks that I'm currently headed for the 'terrestrial kingdom'....and he can live with that, because it's not really supposed to be like Hell. :P He still thinks that I should convert to Mormonism and have lots of little Mormon children with him, though, so that I can get the best out of my existence.

Well, according to the Christians, everyone who is non-christian will go to Hell. According to the Muslims, everyone who isn't Muslim will go to Hell. According to the Jews, Mel Gibson will go to Hell. Basically, according to the World We Will all go to Hell. So, just don't worry about it. What you should do, is introduce some of your christian friends to some of your Muslim friends. That is of course if you have any Muslim friends.

Do you really know that they are going to hell? In the last hour as in the example of the theif on the cross who after living a life of crime, repented and was told that very day he would be in paradise. So even the most sinful can be saved...that is what it is all about.

No I don't think you should be friends with people who think they go to heaven and you will go to hell. People like that tell you that you will go to hell so that they can think of themselves as superior to you. They say that if you smoke you burn to hell, but there are other things that they did that are more deserving for hell than things that you have done.

Friends don't let friends believe the non-sense in the Bible.. It's bad for their mental health. If Christians just thought about what they believe they would go insane..or they have no sense of compassion whatsoever.

My Grandma thinks I'm going to hell because I have tattoos, live in sin and dye my hair. But, I still love her. I just ignore what she says. She's old and very religious which I'm not

That would be very hard, considering that they will drive their bibles down your throat and lecture you everyday. Christians who are normal and accept you ( which there are ) you can be friends with because they are usually loyal and good people.

YES, you can be Friends, just can't Fellowship in the Spirit with Each other.
Saved Person has a Recreated Spirit. (GOD)
Lost Person has a messed up Spirit.
But they can be FRIENDS to a DEGREE.
Have you ever heard of Smith Wigglesworth?
A Very Powerfull Man of GOD in the Early Years of America.
Smith Wigglesworth had a FRIEND who helped him set up the Tents and Chairs for the REVIVALS.
Smiths FRIEND was NOT SAVED.
Smiths FRIEND helped Smith FOR YEARS. YET, he Wasn't BORN-AGAIN.
Smiths FRIEND saw Miracle after Miracle, Salvation after Salvation, hundeds and THOUSANDS of People getting Healed and Saved.
But Smiths FRIEND WASN'T SAVED.
Interesting, isn't it?
Smiths FRIEND got Saved on his Deathbed. He Repented at the Last Minute and Accepted JESUS as his Saviour.
How you like that??????
I wouldn't suggest waiting for the Last Minute of your Life to Make Heaven your Home.
That is Exactly what Smiths FRIEND did though.

I wouldn't remain friends with someone like that--it's a toxic relationship and damaging to your self esteem
