I really want my tounge pirced and I need to find a way to hide it before I actually do it so can you help me please?!?!?!

There's a solution call Glyoxide, not sure of the spelling, but you rinse ur mouth with it 3 times a day and after eating or smoking. The piercer should be able to point you in the right direction to get it. I used it and after a day or two i was healed. It tastes horrible, almost like mucus in your mouth, lol but works great!
So if you can pull off hiding the swollen tongue for a day or two, get a plug to put in ur tongue when ur at home. Its a pain in the butt to take it out when u first get it and u have to do it quick or it'll close but it can be done.....i did it, and hid it for two years lol.

I was young when I got mine pierced and didn't want my mam to see it, but theres no way you can hide it. The minute I started talking she knew I'd had it done as I was was talking funny with the swelling. She went crazy for a few days but then forgot about it. Theres deffo no way you'll be able to hide it though. All I can suggest is taking you re mam along to the place youre getting it done before you go so she can ask them a few questions and then hopefully that will put her mind at rest especially if it's a professional company with a good reputation.

there is no way to hide it. your tounge is going to swell and you wont be able to talk. So if you can stay at a friends house for about a month then that would be your only way. I got mine for my 18th birthday. My mom wouldnt let me get it. But in some states it doesnt matter you if you have parental consent they still wont do it until you are 18. I tried before my birthday and was told this.

If you go ahead against your mom's wishes and do it this is something you and everyone else should know and consider. Having your tongue pierced is inviting bacteria into your blood stream all the time. Most people can fight off the bacteria but for those whose bodies can't they actually are ruining their heart valves and have to get replacements. We're talking heart surgery here. So you really need to know this before you take that leap. More and more young people are having heart surgery and it is directly related to tongue piercing. Heart problems are not fun when you consider your age and how long you will have to live with it, that is if you live through it.

There is NO way to hide it.
Your tongue will swell, it will clank against your teeth, you will be in pain. If you laugh with you mouth open she will see it.
Just obey your mothers wishes and don't get it done. Wait until you are older and not under her roof and if you still want it at that time, then get it.

Don't bother, you can't hide it, your tongue will swell, you'll be taking funny until you get used to it ,and you won't be able to eat for a few days. Your mom will know. Just wait until your 18.

you will be talking funny for the first 2-3 days then after that it will be a little sore, but you still wont be able to hide it....

there is no way to hide wait til you are 21 and out of her house .. its unhealthy and ppl are getting infections of the mouth and it ruins your teeth.. mom knows best but of course yuou'll regret every decision you make when u ignore her truths ..

Do not do it. I did mine my junior yr in high school because everyone else was doing it. And lets just say it got old and kind of slutty to have it. Needless to say I took it out and it closed.
