I believe that is when Paul said, "hair is the covering for a woman"
You see back in the day temple prostitutes cut their hair (and male prostitutes let theirs grow long)
Plus Paul is of the Jewish faith and he most definitely wore some kind of head covering while at the temple. Its a cultural thing.

When I pray at night, to have the full meaning of prayer, I lay my Holy Bible on my head. Does that count ? It only covers part of my head.
