Today I saw my ex and for some reason he asks me why I was wearing a skirt and it was short, but I asked him why does it matter? It's not like he's never seen me in a skirt that short before. It was weird, why is he noticing now?

Maybe he still likes you or have some feelings for you. Or if not, he see's that your happy and he's not and he's trying to make you feel the way he does. You shouldn't feel bad and you should be allowed to wear what you want to wear. Don't go back to him because he might be controling.
