The elbow is a type 3 lever. There are only 3 types:

1. load (up) fulcrum force (down)
2. fulcrum load (up) force (up)

3. fulcrum force (up) load (up)
elbow muscle hand

Also, don't forget that the tongue is the only muscle that is only attached on one end.
