Ok so... I understand that ten years is a long time and you don't want to act like those years didn't happen. So what I would suggest would be that throw out most of the pictures and maybe just keep a few really special ones or important ones. And to make your girlfriend happy, buy a big huge photo album and begin to fill it up with pictures of you and her together to show her that you cherish your memories with her. I wish you the best.

Ghosts are bad. Some people who get married who have both been in a marriage before move from their homes because of the fact that there are ghosts, past memories, in them. Start anew, throw away all photos relating to your ex. GET RID OF THE BOX.

Get rid of the pictures. Even the least jealous woman would wonder why you're hanging on to them. Yes it was ten years of your life but this is your chance to create new memories with "the one". Why bother dwelling on the past?

I was married for 10 years before I divorced my first husband. And have been married to my second for quite a while now. Besides the wedding album, I have kept pictures that mean something to me. This is part of your life and she should understand that. However, do not keep the pictures out on the coffee table. Put them away and look at them periodically or never when she is not around.

You seemed to have moved on with your life and even sound happy, I suggest you keep your gal happy and get rid of all pictures of past relationships. You do have your memory so do way with the pictures. Is there a reason you don't want to get rid of them? Keep your gal happy and good luck!

Tell her she has an unresolved issue called jealousy! Keep your past. This box can give her insight on all the reasons why she's THE ONE and not like all the others. And if she dies first you can have these pics to reflect on. She is confusing insecurity for insult.

Just keep the photos from your wedding and nothing else. You may want to show them to your children you might have some day. Especially when they ask about you past. Oh, and besides I would want pictures of my wedding day just for myself.

Do you still talk to your ex? If yes, then ask her if she wants the old pics. If she doesnt want them&you dont want them then get rid of them or give them to your closet relative. Umm how do you know if this IS THE ONE??

I wouldn't get rid of my stuff. I mean it's your past and so it is a part of you. Is there anywhere else you could keep it like at your parent's house or something?
