Uh... no. Just the fact that the person is an "ex" is a huge complication. The fact that you'd even want to sleep with someone you broke up with indicates that there are unresolved issues there -- and don't get me started on wanting to sleep with someone who dumped you. If you're looking for "no strings" sex, you're better off with a good vibrator and the porn of your choice IMHO ('cause one-night stands with total strangers are just too dangerous).

How can you ever expect to move on when you are still having relations with your ex? If he is your ex, he should be treated as such. What happens if you encounter someone who you are seriously interested in? What do you say? Are you going to lie and say you are not seeing anyone? Probably. Now you have just introduced a negative element into your new relationship: dishonesty. Some women think that we don't know, but we usually do. Now we have an excuse when our integrity is questioned. It is an ugliness that perpetuates itself. Learn to let go.

Absolutely not. Even if you both agree on just a one night stand, there are always emotions tied to sex. Just the fact that you want to have sex with your ex shows that you still have feelings for him, and letting yourself succumb to those desires is dangerous if you're trying to get over him. I know it's not what you want to hear, but don't sleep with him.
