Bad idea. You can't ever skip breakfast. You'll lose your muscle mass along with a set of bad consequences I won't even think of mentioning. You can have the small lunch and dinner if you have small snacks inbetween but you have to eat breakfast.

You would lose weight much faster if you ate a big breakfast because it's the most important meal of the day because you haven't had anything in your body since you went to sleep. By eating breakfast your metabolism works faster. So by eating breakfast and a snack for lunch and a normal healthy dinner you can lose weight quicker that no breakfast.

YOu should always eat breakfast. YUou will kill your metabolism by not eating. Eat a little something at least every 2 hours, count your calories (not less than 1200 per day or your metabolism will slow), and try to eat most of your calories before 2pm. So that means a moderate breakfast, morning snack, moderate lunch, afternoon snack, and a small to moderate dinner. And make sure you work out too, or you are jsut starving yourself, which is not good for long term weight management

Not at all, and the reason for that is because when you skip a mean, whether intentionally or sub-consciously, you are going to compensate and eat a lot during the day. What you should do is have several very small snacks, rather than 3 large meals, in order to be most effective for your goal to lose weight.

Skip dinner and have a small breakfast instead, that will help you lose weight fast. Your body will burn more breakfast food than it will dinner food.
If you want to lose weight even faster eat 6 small meals a day so that you're sure your body will burn it all rather than store any of it.

you need your breakfast --- eat healthy - drink water, cut out excess salt and sugars. Get plenty of exercise each day. No second helpings. If you eat your regular meals --- with the healthier choices and exercise you will lose the weight... doing it slowly is best because you'll keep it off and most people keep up the good eating habits longer... people who want to lose weight faster by crash dieting - find themselves gaining the weight back faster and usually adding a few extra pounds to boot!

If you cut out meals entirely, you actually will decrease your body's metabolism. Obviously everybody is different, but you are better off eating for instance six small meals with the calories spread throughout the day. Of course, you need to figure out how many calories you need for your weight, body type, and activity level. It all boils down to burning more calories than you take in which means you need to increase your activity level as well. Keep in mind that losing weight fast doesn't necessarily mean you will keep it off. You are better off going slow and steady and maintaining a healthy style of eating and exercise. Good luck!

Nope. Your body kicks into starvation mode, and stops generating energy. Instead, it stores as much as it can in the form of... you guessed it! FAT.
You can't lose weight with diet. You can only do so by finding a proper life-time eating habit, and workout. Note that running on treadmills does nothing but losing ~200 calories/30 min, where as gaining muscle mass will increase your metabolism for life.
Do yourself a favor and forget about losing weight fast, rather slowly lose it and keep it off.

The difference between your current weight and the ideal weight is the weight you wish to lose. The maximum weight that can be lost safely by a person is 1-2 kg a week. Any faster weight loss could adversely affect your health, and you could regain it quickly after you stop the weight loss program. You will lose weight faster if you have breakfast and small meals. Count your calories, eat plenty of fiber and lean protein and always drink 1-2 glasses of water before each meal.
