What is the best way out? She doesn't know where I live but keeps bugging me on my cell number. I don't want to get a new number. I have to turn the phone off when I'm at the bar it is so annoying. I'm still driving the Tahoe and they can't find me out of state. I'm gonna just let her pay because she has perfect credit and mine is thrashed. She co-signed me because I told her my credit was bad due to identity theft. I dumped her because she didn't drink and wouldn't give me oral services so she was boring. I don't think she can sue me because she signed on the loan and there are only 23 months left for her to pay? Or should I just leave it in Newark in a colored neighborhood and let it get stripped ?

She could go after you in court . If i were you i would try making some kind of deal with her.They will eventually find you. It might take a few months but be sure they will. If you let it get stripped then she could go after you for the full amount of the loan. If you return it to her then she might be able to find someone else who could take over the payments or sell the vehicle for the amount of the loan.
Ps-You are really an a** hole. Did anyone teach you what right and wrong is.

What a bastard you are. I can't believe you dumped her because she wouldn't drink and didn't suck your cork. How shallow, and I can't meet anyone nice and guys like you are out screwing over women for fun.
She is stuck on the loan because of you. You are a sport driving around in a Tahoe for free. If you leave the car in Newark, the insurance company will total it and she won't owe anymore payments and you won't have a car. You should stay in Hackensack where you belong.

You are a Jerk. You might want to know that she can file in court to take the vehicle away from you because she co signed for you according to the law it is partly hers and you cannot sell it without her signature. The best thing for you to do would be to contact her and make arrangements to pay for the car.

well for one thing if it has a loan on it it has insurance on it if it was stripped and she could collect from that.If she co singed and you signed to you had to put down your social security number and the bank can find you where you work,if she wants to quite paying,Also you have to have tags to drive so they can find you that away also and your address and send a repo man after you.But the worst part is you are scumbag to do that to someone and there credit,it's a d** shame you are on the face of this earth.

you better repay her for the money because that is really selfish if a girl doesnt want to drink or be your oral slave they dont have to. and i hope you no by posting this on the internet you can get tracked down and arreted so i would run and leave the truck because they will find you so beware

The good news: yes, she is liable for the payments since she co-signed on the loan. The bank can indeed go after her for this.
The bad news: if she decides to sue your sorry @$$ (on the basis that the truck is hers since she's been making the payments -- and her name is on the loan), she has a case.
My advice: start making payments on that truck before she gets any ideas.
