I have to say mine. It is cheap, makes a large amount that will last you through winter.
It is a rich buttery thick flavored mix.
I container that makes 8 quarts powdered milk (get the round one w/ lid)
16 oz coffee mate
16 oz Nestle Quick
(they no longer make it in this size they have shrunk it an ounce)
1 t cinnamon
( make sure it is fresh, it loses it strength in a few months)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 t salt
In a very large container like a plastics dish pan or a massive salad bowl mix all ingredients. I store the mixture back into the milk container, quik box and coffee mate container. You can also put it in gallon ziplock bags.
To use: Fill mug 1/3 to 1/2 full with mixture pour boiling water stirring to mix, enjoy.

I'm sorry I can remember the recipe exactly, but Giada DeLaurentiis had a fabulous one on foodnetwork.com
It was a spicy hot chocolate. Yummmm Perfect on a cold night. Cheers!!
Otherwise, get the LandO'Lakes instant stuff. They have fancy flavors, too, like white chocolate & cinnamon, if yer into that, but they're a little fattening.

Either Godiva or homemade with a good quality chocolate, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla per 4 servings and mix in a little cinnamon.

williams-sonoma has the best hot chocolate i've tasted so far. rather than the typical over-processed powder, it is actually chocolate shavings that you dissolve in milk on the stovetop.
