i've known a guy for about a year or so...well, not really known him...he 's in my school this year as he was the last. we had some classes together, but never really talked to eachother b/c we never sat next to eachother. i notice him looking at me sometimes, this year and the last..and when i look at him, he shyly looks away. i have a crush on him 2, but i dont say anything about it. this year, we have art together and sit next to eachother. he talks to me, but not a lot, and i still see him looking at me and smirking. and when i look at him, he looks away. we started talking a little more and he cracks a couple of friendly jokes, but it still seems awkward when he stares at me...does he have a crush on me?

i think he likes ya..cuz he's been doing that for a long period of time..so ya..try n talk to him..be friendly..try n make him comfortable ard u..jus dun scare him..he sounds like a very shy guy..give him little2 clues, but not too much..yea, n flirting helps too.. ;)

No! He's like all the guys his age: he's curious and likes resting his eyes on women and you happen to be one!
I'm sure his knowing you makes it easier for him to rest his eyes on you.
When he's older he will probably build the confidents to take the conversation further than casual.
In the mean time you should avoid being around, too, often or he might see you as just another close friend.
The kind with WELCOME stamped on your forhead!
Or worse, you could be his practice girlfriend...!
His reaction to your meeting, after having time where you wern't so obviously available, will tell you how he feels about you!
Your value as a girlfriend is directly related to how easy or hard it is for him to find you!
But until he grows-up, your a casual friend!

If you like this guy, don't be afraid who you are. Don't feel weird when he looks/stares at you...that's a good sign! Join the party and talk to him in class. But don't come into conclusion, because sometimes he wants to be friends with you. I have a bunch of friends that are guys, and I like 1 guy and he isn't my friend. Just talk to him more often, and look at him...he might like you!

well if when he looks at u he smiles then yes HE LOVES u. lol anyways my advice go out with him. Ull have a good time. if u dont have a good time then dump his ***. That story reminds me of one of my own. I dint hav the courage to tell her back then. She was the only person i ever loved..... sobs* she moved away. never saw her again
