Definitely if you are prepared to work at it. Check out Michael Thurman on the web. Crunches done properly will work. I knew someone with 7 children who had a flat tummy. Less than 3 months if you really work at it.

Every woman is different. I have had 4 babies and people ask me all the time if I work out. The truth is...I have never worked out. A lot of woman will use having a baby as an excuse for gaining weight, keeping it on or flabby tummies. If you had a flat tummy before and after the birth of your baby, continue your old routines, I would say you have a very good chance of keeping that flat tummy. But...like I said, every woman is different.

I am a labor and delivery nurse and I can tell you that you can have a flat tummy again, if you had one to start with, keep your weight down during pregnancy, walk and do the exercises your doctor recommends. Also find a good Aloe and Vitamin E lotion specifically made for preventing stretch marks and keeping the skin supple. But I also have to tell you that genetics also play a big role in how your stomach will look after giving birth. Most new mothers consider it a sacrifice worth making!!! Honestly, if this concern outweighs the rewards, you might want to consider possibly not giving birth. Good luck and best wishes!

Yes she can. I know more than one woman with children, who have flat tummies. How many months to get there, depends on how hard you work at it. It will never happen without PROPER exercise. Don't hurt yourself. Just start out gradually and keep it up, for the rest of your life.
By the way, I also know women who have no children, who don't have flat tummies.

Yes she can, I had 3 children and I am pregnant now with my 4th child and before my 4th child I had a flat stomach.. I worked out and cut down on certain foods.
I also used the Sauna Belt that works... You have to be consistent with the exercise.

I have had three children with one was an 11lbs c-section and have managed to get back to a flat stomach in about 3 weeks . I don't know how I was blessed with a body that goes back to normal fast.

Well, it's certainly possible. I think genes and alot of hard work are involved. I would discuss an exercise and diet routine with a trainer and the amount of time it takes would depend on how hard you work for it. Some people just aren't able, I'm one of them. I would work my @$$ off and still have a belly. My only solution would be liposuction.
