This excuse actually has been used in traffic court, believe it or not.

that one would kind of hang you right there,might as well write it out on a black board ,and say i did it,

if i was the judge i would take it i have had similar excuses when i pull over people and sometimes i let them go if they have a good excuse but yes that is a good excuse for traffic court if i was the judge i would take ur excuse

no because it could say "you hit the pedestrain and she/he went under your car, you were stupid and forgot the speed limit was the same 24 hours a day"
