.. i mean when they have a big nose and need it. do you think they're all shallow people.. or can it be accepted?

this can be a cruel world and if someone chooses to change their appearance to avoid some of that cruelty that is not shallow they are just making a choice to improve the quality of their life. and no i have never done so but i would if i felt uncomfortable with something.

i think if someone is really bothered by their big nose and if it has an affect on them which makes them have low self-esteem, then yes they should get it. people should accept their decision.

if some one needs or wants it then i say go for it but for yourself not to make others see you in a different way just to make yourself happier

i think they are so insecure with themselfs that they think that changing their appearance is the only way they can be accepted
