I've been dating my boyfriend for over a year now (we're both juniors in high school and on drumline). But latly I've been feeling bored because nothing we do together is new, and I know I don't love him as much as I used to or as much as he loves me. I feel guilty enough about that. But then I started getting to know this other guy on drumline and we became really good friends, only now I have a huge crush on him. Well a few days ago he asked out the girl that he likes (not on drumline), which of course bummed me out since we'd flirted alot. Well then we were talking the day after they started going out, and he eventually made me confess that I liked him. Well, he told me to my surprise that he likes me too, more than his current gf, and that he wished he would have met me before he liked his gf, because he would rather be dating me. We both really like each other, and both of us refuse to cheat on our partners. I feel horrible inside because I don't want to hurt my bf.

and he doesn't want to hurt his gf. But we both want to be together, and he's kinda friends with my boyfriend and I'm kinda friends with his girlfriend. Is there anyway out of this this that doesn't end up with someone getting hurt?

Wow. That very similar sitiuation happened to me when we were all juniors too. I was dating this guy. The other guy I liked, we'd been friends for like 6 years already. He was with this girl, her and I were not best friends, but good friends.
Well, me and the other guy ended up going out, and it was a huge scandal. Everybody ended up getting hurt. My bf broke up with me. His gf never talked to me again, she was devistated. The other guy ended up back with her, and I was all alone.
I'm not saying its right or its wrong, but, if you guys go through with it, be prepared for the consequences.
Good luck!

P.S. Might be a good idea to break up with you all's bf/gf first, before you do anything.

It might mean you will have to hurt ur bf but he will appreciate your honesty if you just tell him you dont feel the same anymore and that you are better of going your own ways your only young so you dont have to get stuck in a full on relationship now so go out with this other guy, after you have been honest with your current bf. its much smarter than cheating take it from me!!!!

No way out man. Someone's going to get hurt. Hey, wasn't this a Dawson's Creek episode?

My advice is be as quick as possible (not all trying to be sensitive) and go for what you want. You're going to dump current bf soon either way and that'll hurt him. So one of you might as well be happy, right?

well if u want to stay with ur current bf then try to spice of your relationship. go see a new movie, do something you've never done before on a date. but if u like this other boy more its not fair to u or ur spouse. b/c ur leading him on thinking everything is alright and ur lying to yourself and pretending u still like him. so u can dump ur spouse{ which might hurt for a long time, trust me, but it will all turn out} or stay and pretend to be happy

good luck and choose wisely make sure you will never regret your decision
