Well, you don't really need one. You can use the Finder to burn files to blank CDs or DVDs without installing any DVD burning software. Here's a step-by-step guide from Apple: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Mac/10.4/en/mh854.html

If you'd rather use software to burn your files, consider the two applications below:

Burn - a free burning software with useful features.

Toast - a commercial burning software with great features.

Pay no attention to the odd answers given to you by these Mac haters. All Apple computers that are built with a SuperDrive (DVD-RW) have burning software included. You just need to look for iDVD in the Applications folder.

First problem is you bought a Mac! Second problem will be finding software that runs on it! Leave it to Apple to sell a PC with a burner and no software! You might try and see if Nero will run on a Mac. Then again, you might take the junk back if its not too late and buy a real PC!

Well I guess us 1 billion PC users are all morons then soxboy! It must be the 10,000 Mac users who have all the brains, oh and the software manufactures are all boobs to!
I have yet to see one 50th of the software available on the shelves for PCs available for a Mac! This is why Mac finally decided to build a system that now runs microsoft products? And you call me a moron.
